Raw Hummus
- 1 cup chickpea sprouts (sprouted overnight)
- Juice of 1 lemon (I prefer lime)
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 T. raw tahini
- Sea salt to taste
- Optional seasonings: ground cumin, chives, paprika, cayenne pepper
Blend all of the ingredients. Add water to thin to desired consistency. Very delicious spread on leafy greens, celery or carrot sticks. Enjoy!
