Raw Hummus Recipe

Raw Hummus

  • 1 cup chickpea sprouts (sprouted overnight)
  • Juice of 1 lemon (I prefer lime)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 T. raw tahini
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Optional seasonings: ground cumin, chives, paprika, cayenne pepper

Blend all of the ingredients. Add water to thin to desired consistency. Very delicious spread on leafy greens, celery or carrot sticks. Enjoy!
