Homemade Stevia Lemonade Recipe

Makes 1 quart of lemonade (32 ounces)

You will need:

6 ounces lemon juice or 3-4 fresh lemons, organic is best

1 quart filtered or spring water 

Approximately ¼ to 1teaspoon of powdered stevia extract or approximately 10 drops of liquid stevia (to taste)

4-6 mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice lemons in half, squeeze out juice into a bowl, remove seeds. Add juice to a large pitcher. If you are using lemon juice, then add the 6 oz of lemon juice to the pitcher.
  2. Add 1 quart of water to the pitcher with lemon juice.
  3. Stir in the stevia. Taste lemonade and add more stevia if you want it sweeter.
  4. Slice one whole lemon and add to pitcher (optional).
  5. Add mint leaves (optional).

Note: monk fruit (Lo Han) can be used in place of stevia
